Creamy mushroom soup

Another mushroom recipe which i am presenting to you all is Cream mushroom soup. As i had written earlier that mushroom is favorite of my family especially my hubby i am experimenting with different recipes from mushroom. So today i had made creamy mushroom soup which is very delicious and healthy.

Serving: 5 cups

Creamy mushroom soup

Ingredients:

Mushroom: 250 gm

Olive oil: 2 tbsp

Butter: 1/2 tbsp

Maida: 2tbsp

Milk: 1 cup

Vegetable stalk: 2 cups

Salt: to taste

Black pepper powder: 1 tsp

Method:

1. Chop button mushroom. Heat olive oil in a pan and add mushroom to it. Cook till water evaporates.

2. Heat butter in a pan. Add maida and cook for 2 minutes stirring continuously. Add milk and cook till it gets thickens. Check that no lumps are formed.

3. Add it to mushroom and keep on stirring. Add half of vegetable stalk and cook till boil.

4. Add salt and black pepper.

5. Let it cool and churn it in mixer.

6. Again put it in pan bring to boil by adding remaining vegetable stalk.

7. Serve hot and enjoy.
