Lahsun ki chutney

Lahsun ki chutney is from Rajasthan. A spicy and fiery chutney  which is prepared by grinding garlic, red chillis. I  prepared it for the first time and my family likes it. You can accompany this chutney with any dal,sabji.

Ingredients:

Lahsun or garlic chutney

Lahsun or garlic chutney

Lahsun or garlic cloves : 8-10

Dried red chilli: 8-10

Tomato: 1 chopped

Salt: to taste

Jeera powder: 1/4 tsp

Imli pulp: 1 tbsp

For tampering:

Oil: 1/2 tbsp

Mustard seeds or rai: 1/2 tsp

Curry leaves: 3-4

Method:

1. Peel lahsun cloves.

2. In a blender add lahsun or garlic, red chillis, tomato, imli pulp, salt and jeera powder and blend them to a fine paste.

3. Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds and curry leaves. When they starts to crackle add lahsun-chilli paste.

Cook for a minute and enjoy this spicy chutney.
