Mango chutney

This is mango season and we love to have mangoes in various forms as mango shake, mango ice cream, mango cake etc etc . Today i am sharing with you recipe of mango chutney which is made of raw mangoes. This mango chutney is easy to make and has sweet taste. We used to eat this chutney with parathas in breakfast.

Ingredients:

Raw mangoes: 1/2 kg

Sugar: 1 cup

Salt: 1 tsp

Magaj or melon seeds: 2 tbsp

Method:

1.Wash and peel raw mangoes and grate them.

2. Heat a kadai and put grated mangoes in it . Cook for two minutes by stirring continuously.

3.Add sugar , water will start seperating. Cook till sugar dissolves completely and chutney gets dried up. Also add salt.

4. Cool it and store this chutney in glass jar for future use.
