Paan kulfi

Kulfis are very refreshing during summer seasons.Earlier i had posted mango kulfi.Now here i am posting Paan kulfi which will give you sweet and cool flavors.Paan are of various kinds like meetha paan,choclate paan etc.They are mostly taken after meals as it helps in digestion and gives fresh feeling in mouth.Paan kulfi a must try this summer.

Ingredients:

Milk:1 kg

Milkmaid or condensed milk:2tbsp

Cardamom powder:1stp

Paan leaves:3-4

Gulkand:2tbsp+1 tbsp

Sugar:4-5tbsp

Meethi saunf :2tsp

Method:

1.Boil milk in a heavy bottom pan.

2..Add milkmaid ,sugar and cardamom powder.Simmer it till it thickens.It will take about 45 -50 minutes.

3.Let it cool on room temperature.

4.Add paan leaves ,gulkand,meethi saunf in blender and blend completely by adding a little water.

5.Add  this paan mixture into milk .Add one tbsp of gulkand.Mix well..(Add paan mixture in cool milk only.)

6.Now pour this liquid into kulfi  moulds and freeze them for five to six hours.

7.Unmould the kulfi moulds and enjoy this cool thandi thandi kulfi.
