Walnut banana smoothie

Smoothie is a thick beverage usually made of raw fruits along with milk, curd, nuts honey.  Start your breakfast with this yummmmmm smoothie. This smoothie is very healthy for your kids as it will get your kids to eat fruits along with milk, nuts and curd.So made this yummy smoothie for your kids and also for your whole family. Walnut are full package of nutrients. They are rich source of Omegs -3 , helps in weight control, helps in controlling heart diseases.

Walnut Banana smoothie

Ingredients:

Walnut: 1/2 cup chopped

Banana: 4

Curd: 1/4 cup

Honey: 2-3 tbsp

Milk: 1 cup

Cinnamon powder: 1/4 tsp

Ice cubes: 2

Chocolate syrup: 1 tbsp

Method:

1. Put all things in blender and blend them well.

2. Put ice cubes in a glass and pour blended smoothie in it.

3. Spread a little chocolate syrup on it and serve chilled.
