Garlic potato

I am posting after so many days. Here’s a dish made from potato. An easy and tasty recipe which can be served as side dish is Garlic potatoes. Spicy garlic potatoes a quick and easy dish which can be served as snacks or as a side dish.

Ingredients:

Potatoes: 4-5 or baby potatoes(8-9)

Oil: 2 tbsp

Salt: to taste

Dry red chili: 3-4

Saunf or fennel seeds: 1 tbsp

Garlic : 10-12 cloves

Method:

1. Boil potatoes. Peel and keep them aside. If using normal potatoes (not baby potatoes) cut them into four parts.

2. Take garlic, dried red chilli and saunf or fennel seeds in grinder and grind them to a coarse paste.

3. Heat oil in a pan. Add coarse garlic paste mixture and cook for one minute.

4. Add potatoes and salt. Cook for 5-7 minutes or till potatoes turn golden brown.

5. Serve and enjoy.
