Ingredients:

1 cup mixed fruits (grapes, strawberries, pineapple chunks, orange segments)
1/2 cup boiled and diced potatoes
1/2 cup boiled and diced carrots
1/4 cup chopped cilantro (fresh coriander leaves)
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon green chutney (see note)
1 teaspoon chaat masala powder
Salt, to taste
2 tablespoons plain yogurt (optional)
