Raw mango chutney kachhe aam ki chutney is very easy to make. This tangy chutney also consists of coriander leaves, ginger, garlic and some spices. This chutney we usually prepare with dal chawal.
Raw mangoes or kachha aam: 2-3
Coriander leaves: 1/4 cup
Ginger: 1/2 inch chopped
Green chilli: 1
Garlic: 4-5 cloves
Salt: to taste
Red chilli powder: 1/2 tsp
Sugar: 1 tbsp
Jeera powder: 1/2 tsp
1.Peel and cut mangoes into large pieces. Chop coriander leaves roughly.
2. Put all the ingredients into a grinder and grind it to a smooth paste.
3. Serve it with snacks or with lunch or dinners.
