Aloo kachori

For dough:

Maida:200 gms

Oil:2 tbsp

Salt:to taste

For stuffing:

Poatato: 3-4 boiled and mashed

Salt: to taste

Red chilli powder:1/4 tsp

Garam masala:1/4 tsp

Coriander : 2 tsp coarsely grinded

Jeera powder:1/2 tsp

Heeng: a pinch

Amchoor powder:1 tsp

Green chilli: 1 chopped

Besan: 2 tsp

Oil: 1 tbsp+for frying kachoris


For dough:

1. Take maida in a bowl and add oil and salt. Add water and knead a stiff dough. Keep it aside for half an hour.

For stuffing:

2.Heat oil in a kadai. Put besan in it and saute for two minutes.

3.Now add boiled potatoes and add all the masala.Cook it for five minutes by steering it continuously.

4.Take dough and divide it into equal balls. Take one ball and roll it into diameter of 3 inches.

5.Put stuffing in between and seal all the edges. With rolling pin lightly roll it into diameter of 3-4 inches.

6.Heat oil in a kadai and fry these kachoris till golden brown.

7.Serve it hot with imli chutney.
