Hari mirch and tamatar sabji one of my favorite side dish. Is is simple and easy to prepare …just 10 minutes of preparation. This type of preparation is very popular in Rajasthan.
Green chilli or hari mirch: 12- 15
Tomato: 2 chopped
Salt: to taste
Rai or mustard seeds: 2 tsp
Amchoor or dry mango powder: 1 tsp
Oil: 1 tbsp
Heeng or asafoetida: a pinch
1. Chop green chillis and tomatoes.
2. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a kadai. Add mustard seeds or rai and heeng.
3. When they starts to splatter add chopped chilli and tomatoes. Cook for 4-5 minutes by covering kadai with a lid.
4. Add salt, amchoor and mix well. Your spicy sabji is ready to eat.
