Wheat flour:1/4 cup
Maida: 1/2 cup
Vanilla essence:1 tsp
Sugar: 1 tbsp
Honey: 1 tbsp
Milk: 1 cup
Oil: for shallow frying
1.Peel and mash banana in a mixer by adding 1/4 cup milk.
2.Add wheat flour, maida, sugar, vanilla essence, honey, milk, sugar, in a blender along with banana and blend them together.
3.Heat a non stick pan and add a little oil. Add laddle full of batter and spread it like a dosa.
4.Spread some more oil on edges and cook it from both sides.
5.Put it on serving plate and spread some honey on it and place some banana pieces. Enjoy.
