His vegetable and bean child recipe is a perfect blend of favors and texture that will leave you craving for more. Ingredient:
1 large onion, died
2 gloves of garlic, minded
1 red bell pepper, died
1 can (14 oz) kidney beans, drained and rinsed
1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
1 can (28 oz) crushed potatoes
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon ground coming
1 teaspoon smoked paprika (optional)
Salt, to taste
Fresh cilantro leaves, chopped (for varnish)
Step-by-Step Looking Instructions:
1. In a large pot or Dutch oven, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
2. Add the died onion and cook until translucent, about 5 minutes.
3. Add the minded garlic and cook for an additional minute, stirring constantly to prevent burning.
4. Add the died red bell pepper and cook for 2-3 minutes, until tender.
5. Stir in the coming, smoked paprika (if using), and salt. Took for 1 minute.
6. Add the kidney beans, black beans, crushed potatoes, and 2 cups of water to the pot. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and summer for 20-25 minutes, or until the favors have melted together and the child has thickened slightly.
