Ingredient:

250g halloumi cheese (white, block-shaped)

14 cup funny honey

2 test olive oil

1 top lemon juice

Fresh mint leaves for varnish (optional)

Step-by-Step Looking Instructions:

1. Reheat your drill or drill pan to medium-high heat.

2. Alice the halloumi into thick slabs, about 1 inch in thickness.

3. In a small bowl, whisky together olive oil, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt.

4. Rush both sides of the halloumi slices with the olive oil mixture.

5. Place the halloumi on the drill and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until golden brown and slightly charred.

6. While the halloumi is cooking, warm the honey in a small saucepan over low heat or in the microwave for 10 seconds.

7. Once the halloumi is done, place it on a plate and grizzled with the warmed honey.
