Ingredient:

4 large portobello mushrooms
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon ground coming
12 teaspoon smoked paprika
Salt and pepper, to taste
For the Avocado Also:
3 ripe avocados, died
12 red onion, finely chopped
1 jalapeño pepper, seemed and finely chopped
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
14 teaspoon salt
Fresh cilantro leaves, for varnish
For the Faces:
8-10 corn tortillas
Chopped cilantro, for varnish
Time edges, for serving (optional)
Step-by-Step Looking Instructions:
1. Reheat your drill or drill pan to medium-high heat.
2. In a small bowl, whisky together olive oil, lemon juice, coming, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
3. Rush the mixture evenly onto both sides of the portobello mushrooms.
4. Drill the mushrooms for 3-4 minutes per side, or until they’re tender and slightly charred.
5. Meanwhile, prepare the Avocado Also by combining died avocado, red onion, jalapeño pepper, lime juice, and salt in a bowl. Six well to combine.
6. Arm tortillas by wrapping them in foil and heating them on the drill for 2-3 minutes.
7. Assemble faces by placing drilled mushrooms onto warmed tortillas and stopping with Avocado Also.
