1 small onion, thinly slice
2-3 whole red cities
14 teaspoon mustard seeds
14 teaspoon coming seeds
Salt, to taste
Step-by-step Looking Instructions:
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the gram flour, baking soda, and salt.
2. Gradually add in the water, whishing continuously until the mixture is smooth and free of lumps.
3. Seat 1 tablespoon of oil in a deep pan over medium heat. Add the minded garlic and saute until fragrant (about 30 seconds).
4. Add the chopped onion and green cities to the pan and cook until the onions are translucent, about 2-3 minutes.
5. Your in the gram flour mixture and whisky continuously to prevent lumps from forming.
6. Bring the kari to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and summer for 10-15 minutes or until it thickens slightly.
7. For the tempting: Seat 1 tablespoon of oil in a small pan over high heat. Add the thinly slice onion and saute until caramelized (about 5 minutes).
8. Add the whole red cities, mustard seeds, and coming seeds to the pan. Took for an additional minute, stirring constantly.
9. Remove the kari from heat and let it cool slightly. Stir in the tempting mixture.
