1 cup brown or green entails, rinsed and drained

2 cups mixed mushrooms (button, remind, shiitake), slice

2 medium onions, finely chopped

3 gloves garlic, minded

1 carrot, grated

1 can (28 oz) crushed potatoes

1 cup vegetable both

1 top dried organs

1 top dried basil

Salt and pepper, to taste

1. Reheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

2. In a large saucepan, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onions and cook until translucent, about 5 minutes.
