Chaat is favorite of all of us . Dahi papri chaat is one of the popular chaat items in India. It is tasty tangy chaat in which papris or pooris are topped with chutneys, onions ,tomatoes and dahi.
Servings: Makes 2 plates
Ingredients:
Papris or pooris: 16
Tamarind or imli chutney: 3 tbsp
Dahi: 1 cup
Salt: to taste
Red chilli powder: 1/4 tsp
Sugar: 1 tbsp powdered
Green chutney: 3 tbsp
Boiled potatoes: 2 chopped
Onions: 2 chopped
Tomatoes: 2 finely chopped
Coriander: 2 tbsp finely chopped
Sev: 1/2 cup
Chaat masala: 3tbsp
Pomegranate or anar: 3-4 tbsp
Method:.
1.Whisk dahi well by adding sugar and salt to it. Keep it in fridge till use.
2. Now arrange papdis on plate .Place potatoes, onions and tomato on papdi.
3.Top up with imli chutney and green chutney. Top up with chilled dahi.
4. Sprinkle red chili powder, chaat masla.
5. Drizzle some more tamarind and green chutney.
6. Add pomegranate seeds, coriander and serve.
