Oil: for deep frying
1. Wash and peel potatoes. Chop them lengthwise . Soak them in cold water.
2. Drain water and put these potato pieces in zip lock bag and put these in freezer.
3. After an hour,take them out of freeze. Heat oil in a kadai. Add potatoes in kadai and deep fry them till crisp and golden brown. Drain excess oil by placing them on absorbent paper.
4. Sprinkle salt. Serve hot.
