Easy mango ice cream ……No cooking only few minutes of mixing and your ice cream is ready to eat. What we need is only few things, mix all those things and freeze it and ice cream is ready to serve.
Fresh cream: 250 ml
Mango pulp: 2 mangoes
Sugar: 2 tbsp
Condensed milk: 1/2 tin.
1.Put fresh cream, mango pulp,sugar, and condensed milk in a bowl. Mix them well with a hand blender for 15-20 minutes.
2.Put it in a plastic container and freeze it for 4-5 hrs.
3.Enjoy this yummy ice cream.
