Tomato Salsa

Tomato salsa dip which you can have with nachos. This salsa has hot and spicy taste of green spicy chilis or you can use jalpenos.

Ingredients:

Tomatoes: 2

Onion: 1 chopped

Green chili: 2

Salt: 1tsp

Vinegar: 1 tbsp

Coriander: 2 tbsp chopped

Lemon juice: 2 tbsp

Olive oil: 1 tbsp

Capsicum: 4 tbsp chopped finely

Jeera powder: 1/4 tsp

Oregano: a pinch

Method:

1. First blanch tomatoes. Chop blanched tomatoes.

2. Put them in mixing bowl. Add chopped onions, capsicum, green chiliand mix well.

3. Add salt, oregano, olive oil, vinegar, jeera powder and mix.

4. Serve with nachos.
