Summer vacations are going on and our children are at home with us. They always ask for something new to eat. Don’t you think that frozen packed food is not healthy to eat, also it is very expensive. Give your naughty ones something very yummy and also healthy which taste and looks like their favorite fast food but a lot healthier than that.
Serving:Makes 10 veggie fingers
Ingredients:
Boiled potato:2
Boiled peas:1/4 cup
Onion:1 small chopped
Cauliflower grated: 1/2 cup
Mozarella cheese:1/4 cup grated
Salt: to taste
Black pepper:1/4 tsp
Red chilli powder:1/4 tsp
Maida: 2tbsp
Breadcrumbs:1/2 cup
Oil : for frying
Method:
1.Mash boiled potatoes and keep it in bowl. Add all other ingredients and shape them into finger sized sticks.
2.Keep it in freeze for 15-20 minutes.
3.Heat oil in a pan. Roll these veggie fingers into breadcrumbs and deep fry them till light brown.
4.Serve them with tomato ketchup.
