Dilli ki aloo chaat

Aloo chaat is very famous in Delhi. Deep fried potato cubes mixed with chaat masala and some other spices. This aloo chaat is very easy to made. So enjoy your evenings with this yummy desi dilli wali chaat.

Servings: 2

Ingredients:

Potatoes: 2-3

Lemon juice: 1 tbsp

Imli ki chutney: 1 tbsp

Salt: to taste

Red chilli powder: 1/4 tsp

Jeera powder: 1/4 tsp

Chaat masala: 1/4 tsp

Green chilli: 1 chopped

Coriander: 1 tbsp chopped

Oil: to deep fry

Method:

1. Boil potatoes till half done. Peel them and cut them into cubes.

2. Heat oil in a kadai and deep fry them. Put them on absorbent paper so that excess oil can be removed.

3. Add salt, red chilli powder, jeera powder, chaat masala, lemon juice, imli chutney and toss them well. Also add chopped green chilli and coriander. Mix it well.

4. Serve and enjoy this chatpati chaat.
