Fruit cream is a delicious dessert made of fresh cream and fruits. It can be served during parties, family gatherings as it is very easy to prepare. It is an healthy option for kids
Heavy cream: 2 cups
Milkmaid: 4 tbsp
Vanilla essence: 3-4 drops
Sugar: 1/2 cup powdered
Pomegranate or anar : 1
Grapes: 200 gm
Walnut: 2 tbsp chopped
Almonds: 8-10 chopped
1. Cut apple, banana, into 1/4 inch cubes. Cut grapes into halves. Peel and remove seeds from oranges and cut the segments. Peel pomegranate and keep seeds aside.
2. With help of blender mix sugar and cream but don’t beat it much as cream will turn into butter. Also mix condensed milk or milkmaid and vanilla essence in cream with help of spoon.
3. Fold all fruits and dry fruits in cream mixture.
4. Garnish with pomegranate seeds and serve chilled.
Note: You can use any fruit of your choice.
