Mango mastani

Mango mastani is a popular dessert drink in Pune. It is a rich dessert made of mango pulp and topped with nuts and icecream of your choice.

Ingredients:

Mango pulp : 2 mangoes

Milk:1/4 cup

Sugar: 3-4 tbsp

Vanilla icecream: 1/2 cup

Almonds, pisatchios, kaju, raisins: 1/2 cup chopped

Tooty fruity: 1 tbsp

Method:

1.Peel, chop and add mango pieces to blender. Also add sugar , milk and blend them to smooth and thick milk shake.

2.Add this milk shake to a glass. Place scoop of vanilla ice cream and add chopped dry fruits and tooty fruity.

3.Serve immediately.
