Rabri is a sweet Indian dessert made by boiling milk on low flame till it becomes very dense . Sugar, almonds, pistachios, cardamom , saffron or kesar is added for flavors. Making rabri is easy but it is very time consuming . Rabri can be served chilled or warm. I prefer it chilled. Rabri can be served with other sweets as jalebi, shahi tukra etc. Here’s the recipe of this sweet dessert.
