Aloo ke sandwich is an Indian style desi sandwich which does not requires many efforts. My sister used to love these sandwiches. It is a good option for kids lunch box as well as good for picnic lunch box.

Ingredients:
Potatoes: 3-4 boiled and mashed
Onion: 1 chopped
Green chili: 1 chopped
Coriander: 2 tbsp chopped
Ginger: 1 tsp grated
Salt: to taste
Red chili powder: 1/4 tsp
Jeera powder: 1/2 tsp
Oil: 1 tbsp
Butter: 1 tbsp
Amchur: 1 tsp
Bread slices: 4
Serving:
1. Heat oil in a pan. Add grated ginger and saute. Add chopped onions, green chili and saute for 2-3 minutes.
2. Add mashed potatoes and mix well. Add salt, red chili powder, coriander, garam masala, amchur and mix well.
3. Now put 2 bread slices on counter top. Spread potato mixture on one slice evenly and cover with other bread slice. Spread a little butter over bread slice.
4. Put this in toaster and toast till golden brown. If you don’t have toaster then heat a tawa. Spread a little oil over tawa and put bread slice over it. Heat till golden brown.
