Apple shake is an easy and tasty milkshake recipe. It is good option for breakfast. During fast also, fruit based milkshakes are very helpful. Especially if you are diet conscious then apple milkshake is very helpful. If you don’t want to add sugar then add a spoon full of honey to get a good taste.
Milk: one and half glass
Sugar: 3-4 tbsp OR replace it with 2-3 tbsp honey
1. Peel and chop the apples. Put them in blender. Add 1/2 glass milk and sugar.
2. Blend them to a smooth mixture. Add remaining milk and again blend it.
3. Pour this milkshake in glasses and serve chilled.
