Meethi sevyian is a dessert recipe which is easy to made and also takes very less time to made. They are made during various festivals. In my home we used to prepare meethi seviyan in breakfast.
Vermicelli or seviyan: 1 cup
Ghee: 3-4 tbsp
Almonds: 7-8 chopped
Pista: 7-8 chopped
Sugar: 1/2 cup
Cardamom powder: 1/2 tsp
Water: 1/4 cup
1. Heat ghee in a kadai. Add vermicelli or seviyan and roast them 4-5 minutes or they turn golden brown on medium heat.
2. Add water, cover and cook on medium heat till seviyan becomes soft and water gets absorbed.
3. Add sugar, cardamom powder and all dry fruits and cook till water from sugar gets absorbed.
4. Garnish with dry fruits and serve.
